• Develop comprehensive lift plans for various lifting operations • Lead and coordinate lifting operations during outages • Provide guidance to team members during lifting activities • Adapt lift plans as per changing site conditions • Support investigations into lifting incidents
• Industry-recognised Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) qualification • NEBOSH National Certificate (or currently working towards) • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in lifting operations • Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, LOLER, PUWER • Experience developing lift plans, lifting risk assessments, and method statements • Knowledge of lifting planning software or CAD is advantageous
