• We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer as the main technical expert supporting the enterprise sales team, whose main role will be to ensure enterprise customers are integrated and onboarded smoothly and as quickly as possible. • Drive and manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) and evaluation stage of the sales process by working together with the sales as the technical advisor • Serve as Sales project lead for Proof of Concepts including coordination with internal teams such as support, routing, engineering and product management • Act as the primary technical point of contact with the client during the pre-sales phase • Responsible for development and delivery of technical presentations, including Mitto infrastructure and security • Responsible for conveying customer requirements to Product Management • Responsible for technical onboarding of new enterprise customers
• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) • Fast-learning mindset with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to juggle priorities, stay organized, and keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment • Sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and motivation to drive results • Collaborative, customer-focused approach, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, everyday language • Strong attention to detail and confidence using MS Office tools • 2-3 years experience in a mid or high-level customer facing role • Working understanding of any of basic technical concepts of REST API, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#, Python • Familiarity with Salesforce and Kibana - will be treated as advantage • Telecom and messaging experience (CPaaS, SMS, Voice, Telecom Data, Carrier ecosystem)
