📋 Description

• Senior Account Manager for full-service brokerage providing insurance and employee benefits • Engage clients for personalized insurance solutions • Manage proposals and client service plan execution • Analyze and recommend insurance coverage options

🎯 Requirements

• Upon hire, Producers License for Life/Health • 5+ years previous insurance experience in applicable insurance products/lines • Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex accounts • Experience with negotiating contracts, leading renewal meetings and presenting at open enrollment meetings • Preferred: BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field • CPCU, ARM, CEBS or other professional insurance designation related to discipline • Experience working with agency management systems • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office suite
