📋 Description

• Support the Producer and Marketing Account Executive (MAE) by marketing and servicing new and renewal business • Effectively manage a book of businesses containing selected accounts • Mentor Team Support and assist the Client Service Manager with procedural training • Respond promptly to client requests related to bonds, certificates, invoicing, underwriting, and other departmental functions • Resolve complex client issues personally • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and company personnel • Track account expiration dates and coordinate renewal plans • Review contracts and bond requests for onerous terms • Assist the MAE and Producer in gathering information from clients and carriers • Prepare and review forms for accuracy and completeness • Independently handle marketing activities for commercial accounts • Prepare and issue bid bonds, final bonds, letters of intent, consents, and other documents accurately • Maintain agency management system data, invoicing, accounting records, and files in an organized manner • Support training and development of Team Support personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training • Two (2) years of relevant Surety industry experience • Appropriate insurance license(s) • Strong client relations skills • Excellent communication skills and service orientation • Cooperative nature • Tactfulness in resolving client and company problems • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
