📋 Description

• Manage a queue of incoming documents to create new clients and update existing clients • Send interdepartmental tasks as needed in the CRM system • Frequent use of Provider Portals and multiple internal databases • Maintain the highest level of accuracy for billing and compliance purposes • Correspond and follow up with Agency Case Managers for action items or needed information • Access clinical documentation via portal for obtaining authorization for services • Troubleshoot and resolve account issues as required

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree plus 1 year of data processing experience or 2 years’ data processing experience in a fast-paced medical or insurance environment • 2 years’ medical background and 1 year of data processing experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Managing multiple screens/window and operation of computer equipment • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and think critically • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adjust as needed in a fast-paced environment • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards • Ability to work effectively remotely and in-office as needed
