📋 Description

• Drive rapid, data-driven insights to inform product decisions around experiments, features, and product direction for MoneyGram's core money transfer digital product • Craft and evolve the view of customer experience through analytics and product metrics • Support and guide experimental frameworks including A/B tests, holdouts, and geo testing • Measure the incremental impact of product presentation and feature releases • Partner with Product and Engineering to design data-driven insights that accelerate performance and growth • Pull and organize data into cohorts and measure metrics based on cohort performance • Analyze partner and customer behaviors and pain points to uncover opportunities for improved experiences • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regional/International teams • Advise on go-to-market strategies for new product launches and identify growth opportunities and solutions to business challenges • Champion analytics tools and processes • Work with Product, Engineering, and Data Engineering to implement and leverage BI tools, tag management, and API automation • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in product analytics and improve capabilities and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics or a related quantitative field, with meaningful focus on product analytics in a B2C or technology-driven company • Demonstrated ability to drive insights that inform product strategy and user experience • Strong hands-on data analysis skills • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets • Familiarity with analytics programming is a plus • Strong experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools; Looker preferred or similar BI platforms • Understanding of experiment design • Ability to uncover insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations and measurable results • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to explain technically complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Skill in visual representation of insights, documentation, and presenting findings to stakeholders • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with technical partners • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment • Global experience is highly valued • Experience in direct-to-consumer online businesses is preferred • Fintech or financial services experience is strongly valued • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in analytics • Advanced degree or relevant industry certifications are a bonus
