📋 Description

• Own technical strategy and architecture for inventory, logistics and repair management software • Lead an engineering organisation of approximately 25 engineers, including managers, QA, SRE and Data Engineering • Drive platformisation of inventory and supply chain systems across millions of terminals • Build operationally disciplined solutions bridging operational practice and software systems • Define architecture standards, engineering processes and quality metrics across squads • Collaborate with business and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering solutions • Hire, mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers • Deliver scalable inventory and logistics systems supporting millions of devices across multiple countries • Establish operational data visibility and trust across global markets

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases • 5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java • At least 5 years of experience managing managers • Deep hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory, warehouse or logistics software at scale • Fintech or regulated-industry experience • Strong backend engineering skills for data-intensive, distributed, operational systems • Proven large-scale system design ability managing hundreds of thousands of devices or more • Experience managing and developing engineering teams of 20 or more members • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Product-minded approach to operational problem-solving
