📋 Description

• Lead engineering process improvement of plant operations in collaboration with safety, quality, and environmental teams • Develop, evaluate, improve, and document manufacturing processes • Implement process control techniques and procedures • Analyze manufacturing process flow to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost • Collaborate with plant teams on product tooling and design for effective production methods • Design and develop manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products with zero defects and low production cost • Provide hands-on maintenance and engineering support to troubleshoot technical issues • Identify, document, and complete preventative maintenance tasks • Work with production to develop and implement technical training for team members • Create and maintain documentation of tool drawings and design concepts • Maintain thorough knowledge of processes and production equipment • Utilize lean methodologies and tools to achieve plant goals • Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels • Travel to mobile factories at project sites on a rotation schedule of approximately 3 weeks on and 1 week off • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering • 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience in process engineering/maintenance with emphasis on continuous process improvement • Demonstrated experience in equipment maintenance, process improvement, and product design • Understanding of construction scopes (framing, electrical, exterior finishes, interior finishes) • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent root cause analysis skills • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills • Experience leading continuous improvement and change management activities • Experience with AutoCAD • Familiarity with electrical systems and UL compliance • Proven Lean manufacturing experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Active listening skills and effective communication; openness to diverse input and feedback • Must be willing to travel to mobile factories at project sites, with travel exceeding 75% • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
