📋 Description

• Partner with clients to produce exceptional results and build trust and commitment • Advise clients on the best use of their UKG Pro system • Lead clients’ UKG Pro implementations from discovery through go-live • Ensure UKG Pro systems are optimized and proactively address obstacles • Guide and manage a small team of consultants • Provide shadowing opportunities and help ramp up new team members • Lead, engage, and motivate the team to accomplish developmental and company goals • Recommend and implement UKG Pro solutions using industry and HRIS expertise • Consult with users, managers, and executives to determine functional specifications • Document, analyze, test, and modify UKG Pro systems based on client and system design specifications • Maintain target utilization rate and manage day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and book of business • Complete projects on time and on budget • Mentor Functional Consultants and delegate functional solutions • Demonstrate Mosaic’s customer service vision: Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of HRIS consulting experience • Expert UKG Pro configuration and optimization skills • Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work • Maintain Core and one additional UKG certification and be considered a SME • Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (nice to have) • Experience leading client implementations from discovery through go-live • Experience with system analysis and functional specifications • Ability to document, analyze, test, and modify UKG Pro systems • Strong consulting, relationship-building, communication, responsiveness, and client advisory skills
