📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and operational extension of the CEO • Manage executive priorities, coordinate decisions, track commitments, and ensure timely follow-up execution • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively resolve issues • Prepare the CEO for Board meetings, sponsor interactions, customer meetings, investor discussions, and other strategic engagements • Improve executive workflows through AI, automation, and technology • Own and continuously improve the Executive Leadership Team’s operating cadence • Develop executive meeting agendas, pre-read materials, action logs, decision trackers, and governance processes • Ensure accountability for enterprise commitments through follow-up and progress tracking • Connect priorities across business units and corporate functions to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities • Translate executive priorities into actionable workplans with milestones, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning multiple business units • Partner with senior leaders to remove execution barriers and accelerate enterprise priorities • Develop executive dashboards and progress reports • Support annual strategic planning and enterprise prioritization • Coordinate enterprise transformation initiatives • Maintain executive project plans, governance documentation, milestone tracking, dependency management, and decision logs • Support organizational redesign, business integration, and enterprise change management • Develop executive presentations, Board materials, sponsor updates, and strategic communications • Coordinate responses to Board members, investors, and private equity sponsors • Build trusted relationships across the organization and influence without formal authority • Promote accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement • Serve as an organizational connector to align leaders around shared priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline • Eight or more years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, private equity, corporate development, investment banking, healthcare operations, or a Chief of Staff role supporting senior executives • Experience working directly with a CEO or executive leadership team in a complex, high-growth organization • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve business processes and executive productivity • MBA or other advanced degree preferred • Experience within healthcare services, value-based care, managed care, provider organizations, or healthcare technology preferred • Experience working in a private equity-backed organization preferred • Familiarity with Board governance, investor communications, and sponsor reporting preferred • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational integration, or enterprise transformation initiatives preferred • Exceptional integrity, discretion, and sound judgment • Strong enterprise and commercial acumen • Executive presence and emotional intelligence • Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority • Outstanding organizational discipline and follow-through • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations • Resourcefulness, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-moving environment • High humility, low ego, and a collaborative leadership style • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity
