📋 Description

• Lead application analysts on deliverables, deadlines, and communication with leadership and operational stakeholders • Review project and issue status with operations and leadership • Implement and support clinical or business applications • Troubleshoot and correct application problems with end users • Assist with software product conversions and implementations • Research and evaluate solutions to provide efficient, high-quality products • Maintain and support installed application software products • Analyze and document current and future needs, workflows, regulatory requirements, procedures, and policies • Lead planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and evaluation of application systems • Design, document, build, and modify complex critical applications • Develop and execute test scripts; document testing status and participate in issue resolution • Review workflows and validate training curricula; support training events • Produce screenshots and explanations for optimization communications • Report project issues and accomplishments to the application/project manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field, or 5 years of related experience • 5 years of related experience • Experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments • Application system build experience • Epic certification(s) or accreditation required within the stated certification timelines • If not certified upon hire, willingness to travel or actively participate in remote training; up to 3 certification exam attempts • Proficiency with online devices • Proficiency with face-to-face, audio, and written communication • Ability to prepare for and facilitate meetings • Excellent verbal and written skills and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to establish and execute strategies for process improvement and computer-based solution selection, installation, and implementation • Ability to solve problems using logical thought processes • Ability to make independent decisions based on changing data and conditions • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects • Ability to retain software and hardware product knowledge • Ability to develop and organize short- and long-range goals • Adequate vision and hearing for documentation, computer, and telephone use • Ability to function self-sufficiently and accept significant responsibility • Travel to off-site locations may be required
