📋 Description

• Oversee customer processes: order management, logistics and distribution; • Ensure product turnover by monitoring demand and identifying growth opportunities; • Propose and negotiate logistical alternatives; • Monitor customer stock replenishment to prevent over- or under-stocking; • Create and lead improvement projects; • Ensure all registered customers are visited; • Recommend actions based on competitor analysis versus Mosaic's positioning; • Audit the application of merchandising investments; • Identify and present opportunities to apply performance products during field visits;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy • Valid driver's license (category B) • Commercial experience in negotiation and sales, demand generation and conducting field activities (demonstration plots, field days, presentations and trainings) • Experience managing channels (distributors and/or cooperatives) • Knowledge of the macroeconomic landscape and its influence on agribusiness • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet) • Familiarity with the characteristics of assigned customers (structure, service level, processes, etc.) • Negotiation and client relationship management skills • Knowledge of bionutrition, biologicals, soil fertility and plant nutrition • Willingness to relocate to Rio Verde, GO
