📋 Description

• Manage the full accounting process from daily ledger activities through to annual statutory filings • Devise, implement and maintain accounting procedures and controls in accordance with Group policies • Own the month end cycle , ensuring accurate and timely closing, reconciliations, reporting and analysis across all ledgers • Manage the submissions in accordance with Group timelines and formats • Provide technical accounting leadership and guidance, build and maintain relationships with Group technical accounting teams • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three accountants • Build and manage relationships with third party accounting providers • Manage statutory filings across all entities • Ensure accurate tax records are maintained and filed • Drive working capital performance, building forecasts and devising actions to optimize • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Holds an Accounting Qualification (CPA or similar) • Demonstrates strength in application of current technical accounting knowledge • Understanding of project accounting and software accounting concepts • Willingness and ability to travel internationally from time to time (expected less than 10%) • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment • Experience leading a team of professional accountants • Experience of multiple entities / countries / currencies within a Group organization • Strong on use of accounting/ERP software, comfortable with Microsoft Office tools • Experience in the Telecom sector an asset
