📋 Description

• Develop original creative concepts for integrated campaigns, translating briefs, audience insights, and business objectives into distinctive ideas, campaign themes, headlines, and messaging • Partner closely with designers throughout the creative process, jointly developing concepts and shaping how copy and visual elements work together across formats and channels • Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for website pages, email campaigns, digital advertisements, landing pages, social media, and other integrated marketing assets • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Content & Communications, Content, Communications & Brand team members, and cross-functional and external partners • Adapt key messages for different target audiences while maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative campaign concepts and strategic content ideas • Translate complex product features and value propositions into customer-centric messaging • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand tone and style guidelines • Monitor and analyze content performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience; B2B technology expertise is a plus • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen attention to detail • Agency experience is a plus • Shown experience crafting copy that drives qualified leads and pipeline • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, channels, and standard processes • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-motivated, with strong organization and communication skills • Proactive learner eager to grow skills in digital marketing and content creation • Portfolio demonstrating original creative concepts, strong short-form copywriting, and experience partnering with designers to bring integrated campaigns to life
