• Serve as the main point of contact with large community urology group practices • Establish the company as an industry leader and support healthcare partners and providers • Improve patient health outcomes and become a trusted resource • Build and maintain trust with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers • Lead through challenging and ambiguous situations while meeting deadlines and objectives • Influence without authority during complex situations and foster collaborative problem-solving • Provide approved disease and product information to key decision makers and stakeholders • Maximize appropriate utilization of the product portfolio and bring resources to customers • Align responses to customer needs using approved company resources and messages • Understand treatment decision factors, including pathways, protocols, sites of care, guidelines, and quality initiatives • Use internal data and analytics to understand account performance and identify engagement opportunities • Develop and execute coordinated, longitudinal account plans • Coordinate local account teams to ensure contract pull-through and address contract-term requests • Establish strategic account approaches aligned with approved marketing guidance • Align brand strategy and tactics with customer needs and business objectives • Build relationships with key decision makers, stakeholders, and influencers • Identify approved resources aligned with customer needs • Understand enterprise access points and stakeholders who influence and operationalize access • Use approved tools to capture, share, and communicate customer information internally • Travel approximately 50%
