• Gather business needs and translate them into system requirements for commercial insurance applications • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and system improvements • Work with development teams to design and implement system requirements supporting core commercial insurance functionality • Develop clear, detailed, and structured system requirement documentation • Liaise between business users and technical teams • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate that requirements are correctly implemented • Support project development, prioritization, requirements-related issue resolution, and change tracking • Evaluate risks and impacts of system changes and help develop mitigation strategies
• 5+ years of strong knowledge relating to the end-to-end Product Development process for both proprietary and bureau line of business • Working knowledge of commercial insurance vendor software platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, workers' compensation, auto, and financial lines • Ability to analyze policy forms and rules and translate them for system requirement development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Focus on delivering effective solutions
