📋 Description
• Own the people strategy—align HR initiatives with business goals across performance, culture, and growth. • Lead & scale—manage an HR Manager and 2 recruiters, enabling a high-performance, distributed team. • Drive hiring excellence—implement recruiter workflows, hiring scorecards, and training for hiring managers. • Accelerate onboarding & development—design learning paths, leadership training, and onboarding systems. • Run people ops—optimize HR tech (BambooHR, ClickUp), ensure global compliance, and lead performance calibration. • Build a culture that sticks—foster trust, drive engagement, and make “operational excellence” our cultural signature.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech startups • Experience leading HR and recruitment teams, with a passion for building strong employer brands • A track record of building scalable onboarding, development, and performance programs • Deep knowledge of compliance (U.S. and Philippines), compensation, and HR systems • A bold, results-first mindset—you're not afraid to lead with clarity and hold others accountable • A love for systems, structure, and efficiency—balanced by empathy and cultural awareness • Bonus: Background in MSPs or automation-driven organizations
