📋 Description
• Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and around the construction site • Clear and prepare work areas by removing debris, hazards, and obsolete structures • Create a safe and organized work environment by clearing debris, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring workspaces are ready for specialized tasks • Minimize risks and enhance overall project efficiency through proactive work-area maintenance
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced in handling material • Experienced in spotting for an equipment operator • Experience with general construction work • Solid understanding of construction operations, safety protocols, operator hand signals, and industry standards • 1+ years of experience in construction preferred • Valid driver's license • Familiarity with common manual and power tools and equipment • Able to lift 50+ pounds • Flexible schedule
🏖️ Benefits
• $130 per diem (daily amount) • Approximately 50 hours per week • Remote work option indicated
