📋 Description

• Review business and functional requirements for completeness, clarity, and testability • Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases • Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and exploratory testing • Validate software releases against business requirements and quality standards • Use AI-powered tools to create test cases, scenarios, and test data • Use generative AI to analyze requirements and identify testing gaps, risks, and edge cases • Improve defect analysis, root-cause investigation, and test-coverage assessments with AI-assisted tools • Create and refine prompts and workflows for AI-assisted testing • Execute and maintain automated test scripts and regression test suites • Support automated testing integration within CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with development teams to improve testability and automation coverage • Document defects using defect-tracking tools • Troubleshoot issues with developers and verify fixes • Track and communicate testing progress, quality metrics, and release risks • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to achieve product quality objectives • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Contribute to QA processes, standards, best practices, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience • 3–5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes • Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks • Experience working with cloud-based environments such as AWS • Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Claude • Experience with API and performance testing preferred • Experience with enterprise software, ERP, financial systems, or SaaS applications preferred • Strong attention to detail, analytical and technical problem-solving skills • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects • Ability to quickly gain working knowledge of products, interpret requirements, and recommend solutions • Strong team-building skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passion for developing quality products for clients and customers
