• Provide regular Implementation status reports to key stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and overall status of assigned project • Coordinate template loads, data history loads, mapping loads, etc. with internal technical resources for the implementation • Maintain a highly detail-oriented view on client project plans, while exercising good interpersonal and organizational skills to develop strong team relationships • Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; Track time to adequately capture revenue • Provide support to Professional Services team members until project transition to Client Success • Deal with confidential data and adhering to applicable data protection acts • Experience demonstrating Multiview’s core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients
• Associate or bachelor’s degree/diploma in business administration, computer science or information technology preferred • Entry Level: 1-2yrs in business administration, computer science or information technology role • Passion for client success, technology and software implementation • Excellent communication working in a team environment • General aptitude for software usage– preferably in the Financials/Enterprise products and services, financial software, payroll processing applications etc. • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, ability to organize, time management skills • Ability to multi-task and solve problems with keen attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with little supervision • Prior ERP Implementation Experience (preferred)
