• Support daily operations of the Human Resources department. • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Coordinate candidate communications and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process. • Support onboarding of new hires, maintaining accurate candidate and employee data. • Manage employee records and support leave management, attendance tracking, and timesheet coordination. • Help plan and coordinate engagement initiatives, team events, and training sessions. • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes. • Generate HR-related reports and dashboards, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
