📋 Description

• Lead implementations alongside the development team, focusing on delivering real impact for our customers • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build efficient solutions, prioritizing performance, scalability and quality • Work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to help define solutions based on trade-offs between impact, speed and quality • Identify and mitigate risks such as delivering solutions with low perceived value or that take longer than expected • Promote software engineering best practices and contribute to the team's technical growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of backend programming languages • Proficiency in algorithms and data structures • Ability to write clean, well-tested, scalable code • Product-minded with a focus on customer experience
