• Own product strategy & ownership: Define the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a new suite of data platforms and APIs, including versioning, scalability, maintainability, SLAs, and clear success metrics. • Customer-centric API design: Treat developers and integration partners as primary customers by defining target consumers, use cases, API contracts, data schemas, and integration patterns that prioritize usability and extensibility. • Execution & collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, data, marketing, and commercial teams to prioritize tradeoffs, unblock delivery, support go-to-market efforts, and communicate product vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Quality, governance & continuous improvement (AI): Ensure reliability, performance, security, and compliance while continuously improving the platform through feedback, usage metrics, and AI-enabled research and development workflows.
• 7+ years of experience in a product manager or similar role, with demonstrated experience shipping data products in collaboration with engineering teams • Experience leading product work across strategy, prioritization, and delivery • Prior focus on building and managing platform, data, and/or API products • Strong understanding of data systems, including data pipelines, data modeling, and distributed systems concepts • Working knowledge of API design (e.g., REST), data integration patterns, and system interoperability • Ability to partner effectively with engineering and data teams on technical product decisions and architecture-level discussions • Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive domains, preferably within fintech • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience contributing to data-intensive or AI-driven products • Ability to weigh and decide about system and product tradeoffs (e.g., latency vs consistency, batch vs real-time processing)
