📋 Description

• Build relationships and close mortgage deals • Serve Canadian homeowners with mortgage and home-equity decisions • Use Perch’s auto-adjudication engine to match clients with lender options • Automate client pipeline nurturing and identify new opportunities • Guide clients through mortgage applications • Integrate Equifax soft credit checks • Automatically request required client documents • Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting • Leverage in-house support for client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings • Provide referral partners with automated status updates • Use marketing campaigns and lead-nurture tools to attract and convert clients

🎯 Requirements

• Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months • Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Agent/Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union • Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all leads • Must be located in Ontario, Canada • Must acknowledge that the role is commission-based with no salary or base
