📋 Description

• Build relationships and close mortgage deals • Use Perch’s automated workflow to nurture the client pipeline and identify opportunities • Guide clients through the mortgage application process • Use Equifax soft credit checks • Request the correct client documents automatically • Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting • Work with in-house support handling client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings • Keep referral partners informed through automated status updates • Help Canadians make data-driven mortgage decisions and access home equity

🎯 Requirements

• At least $10M in mortgages originated during the last 12 months • Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate/Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union • Ability to self-generate most or all leads • Required mortgage licensing for the Mortgage Associate/Broker pathway • Must be based in New Brunswick, Canada • Understanding that this is a competitive commissioned role with no salary or base
