📋 Description

• Build relationships with clients and close mortgage deals • Use Perch’s platform to automate workflow and streamline mortgage applications • Guide clients through applications and leverage Equifax soft credit checks • Request and manage client documents • Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting • Work with dedicated support staff handling client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings • Keep referral partners informed through automated status updates • Use marketing campaigns and lead-nurture tools to attract and convert clients • Participate in training, performance coaching, best-practice guidance, and 1:1 deal support

🎯 Requirements

• Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months • Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate/Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union • Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all leads • Must be based in Saskatchewan, Canada
