📋 Description

• Build relationships and close mortgage deals • Use automated systems to nurture the client pipeline and identify opportunities • Guide clients through mortgage applications • Use Equifax soft credit checks • Request the correct client documents automatically • Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting • Leverage in-house support for client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings • Keep referral partners informed through automated status updates • Use technology to streamline workflow and underwriting

🎯 Requirements

• At least $10M in mortgages originated in the last 12 months • Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union • Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all leads • Must be based in Quebec, Canada • Must understand this is a competitive commissioned role with no salary or base
