• Assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their needs. • Manage outbound (warm leads provided) and inbound calls, educate clients about Medicare, and convert leads into sales. • Maintain a sales pipeline, build long-term relationships, and exceed performance goals. • Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. • Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options. • Prospect new (warm) leads and drive sales. • Use CRM tools for managing client information and tracking progress. • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.
• Active Health & Life license in TN, with CA being a plus. • Current AHIP certificate required before starting. • Bilingual in Spanish. • 3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment. • Associates degree in Business or related field. • Strong phone presence and communication skills. • Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft Office. • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and coachable. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. • Strong interest in the insurance industry is essential.
