📋 Description
• Manage communities on behalf of various brands • Respond to messages and comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms • Process and respond to all platform messages and comments through a centralized tool • Participate in occasional video calls with the manager and, where applicable, clients
🎯 Requirements
• C1-level German proficiency • Good basic English or B1/B2-level English proficiency • Ideally, experience in social media or community management • And/or experience in written customer support, such as live chat or email • Occasional availability for video calls with the manager and, where applicable, clients • Reliable and self-directed working style • Willingness and ability to use a centralized tool to process messages and comments across platforms
