📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries via email • Assist with questions about products, orders, and deliveries • Handle complaints and returns in a friendly, solution-oriented manner • Communicate with the warehouse and other service providers • Process customer inquiries through Shopify and Amazon • Document and follow up on open customer cases • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them to the team • Provide occasional support with organizational e-commerce tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written German skills, at least C1 level • Strong written communication skills • Confident using computers and web-based applications • Own computer and reliable internet connection • Friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style • Independent, organized, and reliable approach to work • Ability to remain friendly and focused while handling a high volume of inquiries • Experience in customer support or e-commerce is an advantage but not required • Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Gmail, or similar systems is a plus
