📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between Home Office team members and Area Directors • Coach, teach, and troubleshoot while helping Area Directors across the country • Assist Area Directors in developing their skills and build one-on-one relationships • Train Area Directors in processes and procedures via phone conferences • Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from Area Directors and their advertising clients via phone and email • Work individually and within a small, close-knit team to solve problems • Answer incoming phone calls to cover current staffing pattern needs • Brainstorm and implement proactive approaches to reduce reactive engagement with Area Directors • Collaborate with the Design team to help Area Directors understand the design process and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly with a desire to grow • Confidence in making decisions based on your knowledge and training • All-star communication skills, both over the phone and in email • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace • Resourcefulness and adaptability in an environment of change • Ability to work calmly with fast-paced deadlines • Previous call center experience • Ticketing software knowledge • Ability to work 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday
