📋 Description

• Empower n8n enterprise users to treat automation as software • Own product strategy and execution for n8n’s Enterprise team • Define workflow development-to-production environments and promotion paths • Shape workflow version history, rollback, branching, and conflict resolution capabilities • Build product experiences for safely managing changes in mission-critical automations • Own Git-based source control workflows • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver technical-team tools • Translate complex developer workflows into reliable, scalable, adoptable product experiences • Build visibility into workflow performance, usage, and reliability across environments and instances • Define management of external secrets, variables, and configuration across deployments • Enable multi-instance management and cross-instance visibility • Engage enterprise customers, engineering leaders, admins, and developers for product discovery • Prioritize across technical depth, usability, enterprise readiness, and platform leverage • Align Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership through strategy, specifications, and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product management experience shipping complex technical products in enterprise environments • Strong developer empathy and understanding of how engineering teams build, test, version, deploy, and operate software in production • Ability to structure ambiguous technical problems and prioritize clearly • Exceptional product sense, including anticipating edge cases, second-order effects, and enterprise-grade reliability needs • Ownership and bias for action • Ability to influence engineering, design, data, sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and docs without authority • Technical product judgment across usability, scalability, security, reliability, and implementation complexity • Nice to have: Git and source control experience • Nice to have: Enterprise security experience with secrets management, environment variables, access control, or secure configuration • Nice to have: Observability experience with monitoring, usage insights, performance visibility, or operational dashboards • Nice to have: Coding or SQL skills • Nice to have: Remote-first work experience across time zones • Nice to have: Entrepreneurial or early-stage experience • Must have existing right to work for countries other than Germany; Germany visa sponsorship available • Company language is English
