📋 Description

• Deliver double-digit year-over-year growth at one or more key accounts • Position Nagarro with CXOs as the strategic partner for AI transformation • Expand the breadth and depth of client engagements • Achieve revenue targets through structured account planning, shaping the CXO agenda, working with procurement, and collaborating internally to sell expanded offerings • Establish and maintain a senior-level strategic position for AI in managed accounts • Partner with AI for Change advisors and capability leads • Procure public client testimonials and references about Nagarro’s work

🎯 Requirements

• At least 20 years of key account leadership or similar focused experience • Experience with a 20+ million account for a well-known professional services firm • Strong track record of account expansion • Ability to credibly engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads • Ability to build warm client relationships • AI fluency in an industry context • Ability to conduct value-led conversations about AI transformation in at least one vertical • Deal shaping and commercial acumen • Ability to construct and defend a business case • Comfort with procurement and legal negotiations • Ability to collaborate constructively with engineering and capability teams • Low ego and high accountability
