📋 Description
• Deliver double-digit YOY growth at key accounts • Position Nagarro with CXOs as a strategic partner for AI transformation • Expand the breadth and depth of client engagement • Achieve revenue targets in conjunction with Client Success team • Establish and maintain a strategic presence in managed accounts • Procure public testimonials and references from clients
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of key account leadership or similar focused experience • Experience managing a 20+ million account for a well-known professional services firm • Ability to engage client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads • AI fluency in an industry context • Deal shaping and commercial acumen • Comfortable in procurement and legal negotiations • Collaborative operator • Low ego, high accountability
