📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions across transformation programs • Drive solution architecture and process optimization in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC) • Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions • Ensure seamless integration between Controlling, Finance, and Logistics processes • Support end-to-end project delivery, including design, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare • Contribute to governance, best practices, and innovation in SAP Controlling and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification • Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling consulting and implementation projects • Deep expertise in CO-OM, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), and CO-PC • Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Finance transformation programs • Strong understanding of cost accounting, profitability management, and management reporting processes • Experience integrating SAP Controlling with Finance (FI) and Logistics processes (MM, PP, SD) • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with SAP Project System (PS) is considered a strong advantage • Business fluent German and fluent English • Flexibility and willingness to travel • Experience with processes/projects for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry (DMI) is preferable
