📋 Description

• Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules such as Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations • Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and production issues while ensuring SLA compliance • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support • Work closely with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes • Conduct user training and prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials • Participate in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience • Strong experience with Infor M3 • Strong experience with the M3 Supply Chain module • Experience supporting and implementing Infor M3 non-finance modules, including Procurement, Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Distribution • Experience with business process analysis and functional solution configuration • Experience providing L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and production issues • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support • Experience working with integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes • Experience conducting user training and preparing process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials
