• Our technical lead is way more than a skilled programmer. • They’re someone who is deeply invested in the company’s success and willing to muck through the startup trenches with us. • They own founder-level responsibility, such as building out our tech stack, getting their hands dirty by writing good quality code, building system architecture diagrams, drawing transaction flows, and planning for different scenarios while analyzing risk factors. • Execute on the product development roadmap and timelines.
