📋 Description

• Understand the structure, policies, and operations of the Customer Solutions & Dealer Experience Departments • Provide support and reporting to the Customer Solutions Senior Manager • Create, update, maintain, and develop departmental programs, including ERP, phone/chat systems, and related tools • Produce expert-level and detailed programs and reports using MS Office, MS Enterprise systems, Power BI, and data cubes • Create and maintain documents and reports to improve business analysis and desk-level support • Create automated dashboard-style reporting for drill-down and data mining • Data mine and analyze statistics to support application development, identify trends, and streamline efficiencies • Participate in defining business requirements to enhance departmental products and tools • Perform process mapping and recommend improvements • Program and automate reports and provide critical report analysis • Proactively analyze business processes and recommend changes • Meet with frontline staff and subject matter experts to evaluate requirements and develop action plans • Support month-end reporting • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Post-Secondary education in Information Systems and/or Computer Science and Business Management, plus relevant work experience • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Proficient managing software solutions • Experience manipulating and programming data • Proficiency with MS Office suite • Proficiency with MS Enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Phone, Chat) • Proficiency with Power BI • Proficiency with Data Cubes • Hours of work: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
