📋 Description

• Build and maintain the GTM spine connecting the Atlas knowledge graph to Salesforce, LinkedIn, outbound email, ad platforms, and analytics • Automate entity resolution and retire spreadsheet-based account sources • Engineer Salesforce write paths aligned to the canonical graph, distinguishing legal entities from customers • Instrument end-to-end analytics for engagement, conversion, marketing spend, call intelligence, customer success, and product usage • Replace manual pipeline hygiene, list reconciliation, and reporting with automated systems • Own automated content and campaign infrastructure, including newsletters, content engines, ad audiences, and measurement in OpsHub • Extend the semantic layer into account-specific outbound drafting and ad generation • Partner with core engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to translate business needs into systems

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building GTM stack infrastructure, including entity resolution, data pipelines, and API integrations across CRM, advertising, outreach, and data warehouse systems • Hands-on fluency with Clay-class enrichment and orchestration tooling, CRM APIs, LinkedIn and advertising APIs, and email infrastructure • Ability to write production code to connect GTM systems • Ability to model accounts, legal entities, parent/child hierarchies, buying centres, and ICPs coherently across downstream systems • Comfort working with graph-based canonical sources and distinguishing legal entities from customers • Experience building funnel and revenue analytics from raw events • Fluency in SQL • Ability to make spend, engagement, and conversion measurable and attributable by account • Code must meet core engineering standards, including version control, testing, observability, and maintainability • Automation-first judgment and ability to eliminate manual work • Ability to execute under ambiguity while building live pipelines, structure, and instrumentation • Preferred: experience as a GTM engineer, growth engineer, or founding RevOps-engineering hire at a B2B company • Preferred: experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic layers, or master data management • Preferred: experience automating content and campaign infrastructure via APIs • Preferred: experience with LLM-based GTM workflows for enrichment, drafting, and classification • Preferred: experience supporting named-account, long-cycle enterprise sales motions • Emerging markets exposure is useful context
