📋 Description

• Lead delivery and client engagement efforts across a group of strategic government contracts • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with government partners and maintain agency-level situational awareness • Detect delivery, process, culture, expectation-setting, staffing, milestone, and financial risks and resolve them collaboratively • Engage clients continuously to understand their vision, meet their needs, solve issues, and communicate progress transparently • Identify portfolio opportunities and risks and grow the portfolio through surge CLINs, option years, and prime-contractor negotiations • Collaborate across projects and the organization to anticipate and solve delivery problems • Build delivery environments based on mutual trust between government partners and Nava teams • Scale delivery efforts through project managers and functional delivery leads • Manage portfolio contracts and finances with the finance team and coordinate contract modifications • Set and uphold delivery excellence and client service standards • Apply Nava policies and guidance at the program level • Participate in developing and delivering company objectives and key results

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships for small- to medium-sized projects • Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs/projects • Experience working with or for government agencies • Experience growing agile development teams and managing projects at scale • Experience leading complex projects involving milestones, dependencies, integrations, risk, uncertainty, or scale • Experience using agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices • Empathetic communication and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented approach • Adaptable problem-solving ability for multidimensional challenges across organizations, processes, cultures, and technologies • Highly organized and committed to building a sustainable, culture-conscious business • Strategic approach to medium- and long-term delivery planning and contract management • Iterative execution approach emphasizing rapid team progress • Ability to maintain situational awareness beyond the immediate team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Occasional travel • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Ability to meet other requirements for applicable government contracts • Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • May be subject to a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract • Must reside in one of the listed eligible states and work from the contiguous United States
