📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices • Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and align them with organizational needs • Plan, delegate, and track development tasks while identifying and mitigating risks to deliver successful launches on schedule • Design security groups and user personas to enable role-based access controls (RBAC) • Develop custom connectors for API integrations and secure data flows • Create reusable components across the portfolio of solutions • Define test requirements and protocols for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and release notes • Advise client-side leadership on evaluating and prioritizing product and feature requests in alignment with portfolio strategy • Lead development teams and oversee end-to-end application lifecycles in managed Power Platform environments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Proven ability to lead development teams and oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle using managed Power Platform environments • Proficiency in REST/JSON/XML web service technologies • Proficiency with OAuth2, SAML, and JWT authentication protocols • Experience integrating Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex projects • Active DOD clearance required • Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information • Knowledge of NAVWAR, NAVAIR, DoD, and Navy Flank Speed environments preferred • Experience supporting Navy PEO MLB, PEO Digital, or PEO C4I preferred • Experience with Model-Driven Apps and/or Dynamics 365 preferred • Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dataverse solutions preferred • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
