• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder migration projects in Corporate Travel Management • Exceptional project management and strategic problem-solving skills • High EQ and strong communication skills • Drive for results and attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree preferred or similar professional experience
