📋 Description
• Accurately handle commercial customers’ inquiries during inbound and outbound calls • Use negotiation skills to collect delinquent balance(s) while following collection guidelines • Establish rapport and promote effective customer relationships • Maintain customer and business data confidentiality
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma / GED (Required) • 0-2 Years Relevant Work Experience • Experience working in a remote environment preferred • Flexibility to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm EST
