• Assist the HR Operations team with supporting and enhancing HR processes and systems for all employees • Support, maintain and optimize systems used by the HR community and partners • Administer processing of system access requests for HR applications, including provisioning and deprovisioning access • Troubleshoot and research system and security access-related issues and provide timely resolution • Conduct quarterly security audits and user access reviews for compliance with data security policies, procedures and SOX requirements • Gather and document requirements for new security access requests and partner with IT security on creating and testing new security roles • Partner with stakeholders on security role modifications and enhancements from impact assessment through implementation • Develop and maintain security audit reports and queries • Provide functional security support for recurring HR processes, including Performance Management, Compensation, COI and Executive Reorgs • Maintain security-related configuration and end-user authorizations • Gather, analyze and document requirements for new applications and enhancements • Drive application releases and prioritize key features to enhance the HR user experience • Serve as primary point of contact for HR and IT teams on application matters • Translate business requirements into functional design documents for technical teams • Support and train end users on new application features • Develop and maintain end-user guidelines and documentation • Participate in system implementation projects through requirements, design, build, test and implementation phases • Recommend and/or support process improvements and program changes • Support HR projects improving HR processes and systems, including large-scale deployments • Manage security workstream activities throughout project duration • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology or equivalent relevant work experience • 2+ years of HRIS related experience • Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) • Ability to commute on a weekly basis, typically one day per week, but sometimes more frequently, to either New York, NY or Universal City, CA office • Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors talent modules • Strong interpersonal skills and team skills • Ability to communicate well with individuals and in group settings • Ability to communicate with diverse populations and people from various backgrounds in a consultative manner • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences • Demonstrated ability to prepare complex reports and analytics for senior leaders and auditors • Exceptional analytical, critical evaluation, and problem-solving skills • Sound decision-making skills and ability to exercise professional judgment • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Flexibility and adaptability in performing work duties • Ability to answer questions and explain systems and processes to business partners • Highly organized and able to balance multiple assignments of competing priorities while meeting forecasted target dates • Ability to work Eastern Time business hours • External candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of the company's locations prior to a hiring decision
