📋 Description

• Implement physical security technology solutions tailored to organizational security requirements • Configure and maintain physical security software, applications, and tools • Provide input on architecture and engineering for physical security applications • Develop implementation plans covering hardware, software, configuration parameters, and test plans • Troubleshoot physical security applications and server issues • Support infrastructure integration with physical security solutions • Resolve security incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and determine root causes • Provide technical guidance to staff and end-users • Support physical security device inventory, lifecycle management, and configuration standards • Facilitate the Physical Security Break/Fix Program, including issue tracking, prioritization, and process documentation • Support physical security system administration projects from inception to completion • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Cyber, and IT teams • Coordinate physical security technology components of internal and external audits • Evaluate physical security threats, technology trends, and technical controls • Compile reports, dashboards, and operational metrics • Communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Generally requires four plus years of related experience • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred, including Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, or Risk Management • Comcast may consider applicants with some combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience • Experience administering enterprise physical security platforms such as Genetec Security Center, Honeywell Pro-Watch, AMAG Symmetry, LenelS2 OnGuard, WinPak, or similar • Experience administering enterprise video management systems such as Genetec, Milestone, or Avigilon • Experience managing physical security hardware platforms including Mercury controllers, AMAG, Axis, Hanwha, Bosch, HID, or DMP • Experience with large-scale access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection deployments • Familiarity with REST APIs, SDKs, or integration frameworks • Experience with Python, C++, or similar programming languages • Knowledge of Wiegand, OSDP, credential bit formats, mobile credentials, SEOS, and DESFire • Experience with Microsoft SQL queries and database structures • Experience with video analytics platforms such as KiwiVision, BriefCam, or Avigilon Appearance Search • Thorough knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and network segmentation • Practical experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments • Experience troubleshooting system outages, device failures, and software/application issues • Experience supporting enterprise-scale physical security infrastructure deployments • Strong documentation skills, including architecture diagrams, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures • Familiarity with camera analytics tuning and event detection configuration • Experience integrating physical security systems with Azure AD/Entra • Must participate in an on-call schedule and work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary • Must be willing to travel up to 10%
