📋 Description

• Perform installations, maintenance, and service calls at customer sites promptly and efficiently • Maintain electromechanical equipment, such as self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory • Carry out maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance (PM), and system refurbishment work • Organize and prioritize customer requests • Take proactive action before issues arise • Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner • Act as an ambassador for the NCR Voyix brand

🎯 Requirements

• Reside locally within the assigned geographic area • Authorized to travel to the United States • At least 18 years of age • Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets NCR Voyix fleet requirements • Computer skills, basic knowledge of electronics, and familiarity with certain hardware and operating systems • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to travel for extended periods, including driving several hours per day • Rotating shifts and weekends • Flexible schedule—rotating shifts within established teams, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times, as well as some holidays • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lb. unassisted and up to 150 lb. with assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, perform manual tasks, and repeatedly grip and handle objects of various sizes • Knowledge of high-capacity servers, mainframes, and imaging software (an asset, but not required) • A+, CompTIA, or N+ certifications (an asset, but not required) • One year or more of relevant experience (an asset, but not required)
