📋 Description

• Evaluate, install, unit test, troubleshoot and support software solutions based on business and operational requirements • Specialize periodically in multi-vendor platforms, security, manageability, performance, consumer flow, transactions, maintenance operations and message formats • Anticipate internal and external client needs and maintain commitment to client satisfaction • Analyze, install, configure and troubleshoot software • Perform functional analysis of requirements and determine implementation effort in customer environments • Configure base software in customer environments • Conduct unit tests, track problems and implement changes according to test plans and functional requirements • Diagnose, isolate and remedy system failures caused by software code errors • Establish acceptance criteria and quality goals • Provide estimates, goals, standards, constraints and dependencies as input to statements of work and software development plans • Perform QA in end-to-end testing processes • Lead analysis and resolution of software issues reported during testing • Prepare software for distribution to customers or networks • Ensure installability through software distribution, bare-metal installation and local updates • Support field organization during lab installations, certifications and training • Lead analysis and resolve software issues found during customer acceptance testing • Support and resolve production issues forwarded by Level 3 Support • Create hot fixes and execute integration tests before delivery to QA

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in the ATM or kiosk self-service industry • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accreditation in computer sciences, information systems or other technical discipline • Technical project leadership experience organizing project resources • Experience working with Microsoft operating system technology, specifically Windows 10 and Windows 7 • Experience installing and supporting hardware devices and drivers • Experience installing and configuring Windows applications • Experience troubleshooting network protocols and services, including TCP/IP, Internet Information Services, and remote access • Understanding of client/server application architectures • Experience creating and leading group presentations, hosting web seminars and public speaking • Some shift work may be required • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
