• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or cold calling. • Fully proficient in the required language. • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers (like XCally), and sales tracking software. • Quiet home-office setup with stable internet. • Self-motivated and target-driven. • Previous call center or BPO experience. • Knowledge of online platforms, Gaming, fintech, or e-commerce is a plus. • Sales training or certification is advantageous.
