📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Nesto’s Salesforce environment • Create best practices for Salesforce data architecture, user interface, role design, and business logic • Maintain and build Salesforce integrations with core backend services • Write modular, maintainable code • Design, code, test, and debug solutions • Deliver small-scoped projects and features independently • Deliver medium- to large-scale projects with a team of collaborators • Investigate difficult-to-reproduce bugs and narrow down failure conditions • Test new functionalities • Keep current with Salesforce system technology and releases • Work with Operations leadership to test, execute, and iterate on core business processes • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert and mentor developers on complex custom Salesforce architecture projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of professional software development experience • Experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud • Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns • Knowledge of when to use Flows versus Apex • Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development • Platform Developer 1 certification and Platform Developer 2 certification • Recent, hands-on experience contributing code (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) in an enterprise-level Salesforce environment • Comfortable serving as the technical subject-matter expert responsible for solution design and mentoring developers on complex, custom Salesforce architecture projects • Strong technical skills in design, coding, testing, and debugging • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable with modern application architecture • Additional developer experience outside Salesforce is an asset
