📋 Description

• Support every agent in the workstream from scoping through process mapping, golden-set reference-dataset labeling queues, configuration logs, tuning, and shadow-divergence queues • Lead the client’s underwriter pod as an extended part of the team • Run calibration exercises using shared document labeling, measure disagreement, and write adjudication rules • Manage production-labeling throughput • Resolve ambiguous labels and policy questions within SLA • Triage issues so only true policy calls reach the Underwriting Expert • Co-own signed process blueprints and value baselines covering touches, cycle time, and rework • Measure implementation results against process blueprints and value baselines • Document patterns from the first workstream and build a repeatable implementation playbook • Co-own RAID and decision logs with the Project Manager • Run bi-weekly platform-program dependency syncs covering live client data, environments, and release schedules • Escalate risks early • Drive execution of Maestro AI underwriting platform SaaS delivery projects • Run client workshops and manage client teams • Guide executive client decisions and communicate product improvements to the internal team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years as an Implementation Manager, Functional Consultant, Solutions-Oriented Analyst, or similar role focused on technology implementation or operational transformation • Ability to learn complex software platforms quickly and turn that knowledge into practical client-operational solutions • Client-facing experience running client workshops and managing client teams • Technical comfort; ability to understand and lead in-depth discussions about system logic with Technical Product Managers • Experience leading client implementations as the primary person responsible for the functional outcome • Experience owning deliveries end to end • Ability to guide executive client decisions and push product improvements to the internal team • Interest in frequent client-facing work and extensive communication with internal and external stakeholders • Passion for fintech or mortgage technology and willingness to develop domain expertise • Knowledge of the lending lifecycle or mortgage industry (nice to have) • Experience with AI or automation rollouts in operations, including labeling, QA sampling, and exception handling (nice to have) • Fluency in French and English (nice to have) • Successful completion of background and role-specific vetting checks
